Cowboys Make History with British Coaching Appointments
Aden Durde Breaks New Ground
The Dallas Cowboys have made history by appointing two British coaches to their organization. Tyler Guyton and Cooper Beebe, who previously served as strength and conditioning coaches for the Birmingham Blitz in the United Kingdom, have joined the Cowboys' coaching staff.
Mike Zimmer's Return
In addition to the historic appointments, the Cowboys have also welcomed back Mike Zimmer as their defensive coordinator. Zimmer, who previously held the same position with the Vikings and Saints, will be tasked with revamping the Cowboys' defense.
Cowboys Take Lead
In a separate development, the Cowboys defeated the Las Vegas Raiders in their pre-season opener. Brandon Aubrey kicked a 39-yard field goal to give the Cowboys the lead with just 2:19 remaining. The backups took over the game with 11 minutes remaining.
