A Winning Season for the Ages

The Broncos' Path to Victory

The 2015 Super Bowl season was one for the ages. After a 12-4 regular season, the Denver Broncos went on to win the AFC Championship Game and then defeat the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50, 24-10.

Much of the Broncos' success that season can be attributed to the leadership of quarterback Peyton Manning, who was in his final NFL season, and head coach Gary Kubiak, who had just taken over the team the previous year.

One of the key factors in the Broncos' victory was their defense, which was ranked first in the league that season. The defense was led by Von Miller, who was named Super Bowl MVP after recording 2.5 sacks and forcing two fumbles in the game.

The Broncos' offense was also potent, led by Manning and wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. Manning threw for 5,477 yards and 55 touchdowns during the regular season and added another 729 yards and four touchdowns in the playoffs.

The Broncos' victory in Super Bowl 50 was a fitting end to Manning's legendary career. It was also a testament to the hard work and dedication of Kubiak and the rest of the Broncos' team.
