BOSTON (CBSBoston) -- The ending of Game 1 between the Celtics and Heat was fairly captivating. Unfortunately, YouTube TV viewers missed out on all the excitement after the feed faltered in the fourth quarter.
The issue began with about nine minutes remaining in the game, with the Celtics holding a slim lead. YouTube TV viewers were suddenly met with a black screen and an error message, leaving them unable to watch the rest of the game.
The problem persisted for several minutes, and by the time it was resolved, the game was essentially over. The Celtics held on for a 115-104 victory, but YouTube TV viewers were left frustrated and disappointed.
It's unclear what caused the feed to falter, but YouTube TV has apologized for the inconvenience. The company said it is working to identify and fix the issue to prevent it from happening again.
In the meantime, YouTube TV viewers who missed the end of the game can catch a replay on the NBA League Pass app or website.
